Lots of people ask about that poster's screenshots and the answer is unfortunately always the same. By the way, there are stickied topics called "What Mod Is This?" and "Where Can I Find?" in both the adult and non-adult forums for Skyrim. Your best chance at an answer to questions like this is to post in one of those.
