Black skills screen and carriage glitch

Skills screen is black, I tried it again after levelling up but nothing. The carriage does work but there is no animation and when my character arrives, the camera is above and looking down at her and all I can do is spin her around. There are other random, non-persistent glitches but those two are the most irritating. Please help, if you can

 

 

I mainly have texture mods but I do also have CBBE HDT, schlongs of skyrim, zaz and SkyUI. I don't think they are causing these issues but it never hurts to add them.
