Game Crash on specific Places

Hey!

I need help with my Skyrim I recently modded it again but always run into crashes.
 
So i use the Alternate start mod and start in Solitude. As soon as i enter the Area i am facing to in the screenshot: http://imgur.com/aaK5ajCmy fps go down from 60 to 20 until the game freezes. The Music keeps playing but the game is frozen.

If you haven't already i would suggest you use wrye bash. I've had the same problem and had to re install the game and all my mods.

Mod Manager does not mess with my Game so i should not have to deinstall it. Is there really no reason to find the Problem? I thought it always freezes when i am at the upper area that i screenshoted. After crossing the guards / big buildings it freezes
