Damage reduction and armor rating cap?

Let's hear it, Skyrim's was 580AR and 80% dmg reduction. How much is this time? Has anyone figured it out yet?

Scroll down the the F4 section.  Apparently, Bethesda made some mad changes to how DR works to make armor useful at low levels and to keep player from becoming FUCKING INVINICBLE at later levels.
