I can not install Defeat

hi guys, I've recently started a new game and I've just realized that Defeat Isn't working but there are two different scenarios for this bug:

1) Defeat is Installed, and active but it doesn't show in the MCM menu; this happens to an of my new characters, defeat is installed, and active in the NMM but when i go into the game the MCM menu doesnt show the Defeat configuration page

 

 

2) Defeat is installed, Active and it is in the MCM menu, but when i hit in to the "Install" option, it does nothing; this scenario appear everytime I unistall and reinstall Defeat into a previous saved game. in this case, when i hit the "install" button, there is a message taht popups saying that i must wait, but i've waited for almost half an hour (with my character standing still doing nothing) and nothing happens. 

 

i've tried to make a clean install of all my loverslab mods, my skyrim have too many mods, but most of then are graphic, models and texture improvements, and not too much heavy inmersion. 

 

PS1: i dont have any of the unnofficial patch installed, they just make much more troubles for me, even installing just those patches the game become way too much unstable

man i've tried some much more to make the mod work, and still having the same issue, this is a list of my failures xD:

 

 

1) install all the unofficial patch.

 

2) clean install (just running a few graphic mods, sexlab and some sex mods

 

3) delete and create all ini files. (skyrim and skyrimpref)

 

4) download a unmoded clean save game from internet in a very early stage (just right outside the helgen dungeon) load the save and not working

 

 

 

 

i've tried about 30 sexlab mods (slaverun, SD+, immersalve, sexlab eager NPC, NonSexlab animation pack, radiant prostitution, and many more) and all are just working fine so i dont think that there is anything bad into my Sexlab installation, it must be something messing up defeat.
