[help] StatsMenu causing ctd :(

Hmm, well, its not like I can't play just because of it, but its kinda annoying me that every time I try to look at general stats the game crash.

 

Its started after the least patch. So, there's someone else with the same trouble? If so, how can I fix it?

I had the same problem after deleting a mod. This mod added a spell, and the spell was added to the statistics ('most used') in the general stats. After deleting the mod, this data was still present in the savefile, but the spell itself was missing. Therefore, I got a crash when I tried to view the general stats.

 

Your problem is maybe caused by a missing spell, or something else that's missing. Have you maybe deleted a mod recently? You could try to reinstall it and see if you still get the crash.

 

How to solve this if the problem is a missing mod? You can load a save from before you installed the mod.

If it's a spell that's missing, you could also try to cast another spell alot of times, so that becomes your favorite spell in the general stats. Don't know if this completely solves it though, maybe you get issues later on in the game. So your safest bet would be to load a savefile from before installing the mod in question.

The only mod I uninstalled recently was some clothes and weapons retex

 

Right now I trying to make only vanilla itens into "most used" to see if it work.
