Hi im working on a new armor mod to replace vanilla stock imperial light armor

but i ran it big problem whit the weight slider.

i started by making  the armor on body_0 has normal and after it passed all in game tests i went for the full weight body  following Nightsay´s tutorial from youtube but the mesh explodes in the mid weights im at a lost now i cloud by pass making only one mesh for both bodes sizes don't go that way unless i have no other choice.

I suspect that the problem comes from me moving a lot off vertices to fit the Body_1 by hand the may lose the cordinates maybe i dont know maybe reskin the new mesh may help would that work?

i open to sugestions and team work i pack and send files on request

When you made the adjustments for the heavy weight your vertex count some how changed. Open up nifskope and check the shape data of both meshes and see if the number of vertices match. If it doesn't and you know you haven't wielded any during the adjustments its is most likely a smoothing group issue. I would try selecting all the verts and adding a smooth modifier and select group 1 do this for both meshes and re-export. I don't know how to do that in blender so you will have to ask someone else for that info. Oh and make sure you are setting the wield vert on the exporter to 0. If that doesn't work I would select all the verts and then wield them at a threshold of .001 re-smooth and re-export for both meshes.
