Water problem

The problem is that water previously was light blue, transparent and slightly matte. Here is a picture:

Now the water is black - blue

In addition, from a distance it looks black and brilliantly

I suspect that you might have a set of light or shadows. On the Internet, I can not find anything. The only mod water is summer: water from the Summer edition.

 

I don't know what can change it. Please help.
