BOSS and BUM and AV and MO and ReProccer and LOOT

As you might have gathered from the title, my mod list is pretty extensive. I'm going to sound pretty... well, venty, when I write this. Sorry about it.

This all started when I decided that I wanted to add Automatic Variants to my modded Skyrim, on top of all the wonderful sexlab and nexus mods I've got in there. I use Mod Organizer to keep it all straight, because it's a much better tool than NMM in pretty much every way. LOOT decided to thoroughly break my game earlier, by shuffling all my unrecognized mods around in the load order. I keep backups of my load order now, because fuck dealing with that headache again.

So, imagine my dismay when I discovered that AV requires its own patcher, which insists on running BOSS every time it runs. Java can't find it when I try to run it directly from MO, but the workaround of installing FileCommander and running it from there works... except that I can't execute it via batch file that way in order to skip BOSS. Okay, so I need to use BUM to curb-stomp BOSS into doing my bidding. Whatever.

All this is what leads up to the current problem: How in the hell do I get AV's patcher to see my BUM rules? Every time I run BUM, it complains that the Skyrim Modlist file isn't present. I don't even know where it's trying to look for it. I've worked with BUM to try and convince BOSS that DD Expansion needs to come before DD Integration countless times, but I can't get AV Patcher to understand that. I understand that a big modlist takes work to pull off, but holy hell do I hate BOSS, BUM, ReProccer and AV with the fire of a thousand suns right now. Please help. I haven't murdered anyone yet, but I'm getting close. Every bit of this process is absolutely infuriating.

I found this in the AV FAQ..  http://afterimagemetal.com/SkyProc/SUM%20Readme.html#BOSS

How do I stop SkyProc from running BOSS and screwing up my load order?

First off, why is SkyProc running BOSS?

Because it is important to establish a load order and keep it consistent between patches. Shifting the order of SkyProc patches has the potential to create missing references in existing savegames. Running BOSS every time helps establish an inital correct load order the first time you run a patcher, and keep it in the same order for the following patches.

If BOSS is messing up your load order because it is putting unrecognized plugins at the end, you can easily deal with this by modifying BOSS to sort those plugins in the correct spot. BUM is a good tool for doing this.

If that is not an option, then use SUM to run your SkyProc patchers, and turn the BOSS option to off.

If using SUM is not an option, you can set up a bat file to run your SkyProc patcher, and use a "-NOBOSS" argument.

I tried most of that. Mod Organizer won't run ReProccer or AV Patcher directly, so I have to run them via File Commander, which is wonky but seems to work okay. I don't know how to coax it into using SUM, and using a batch file or command line arguments to run it without BOSS doesn't work for me either.

The big thing I need is to figure out how BUM and BOSS communicate with each other and get AV to recognize what I want my load order to be.

Oh, I run the skyproccer for WTF thru MO without issue, I don't use AV myself so not familliar wiih its patcher.. getting SUM to work with MO is something I have not been able to do nor in my pre MO Days were I able to get it to run without it insisting on running BOSS as well, just made seperate patches for each skyproccer mod
