Slave collar punishing without reason

Gotta problem with slave collar and similar collars (pet collar, cursed collar, rubber doll collar etc). They keep punishing my character for wearing clothes even if she is naked (except for the collar) - and I have tried ticking for accept jewelry etc

 

Besides - shock boots punish for running though there is no way to move without "running" according to the boots. How do I change that?

for shock boots, you have to walk slow (hold shift), depending on settings, you have to keep tapping forward as well.

 

As for your collar problems, it is a problem with armored restraints, if you have armor values on the colar itself, it will punish you for wearing a collar. I don't remember the exact mod name, but you should be able to find it, hopefully.
