Only able to sprint with weapons/spells ready

For some reason I can only sprint when in "fight" mode for some reason, I can even start sprinting, put my hands down and it will keep sprinting, but if I stop I won't be able to start again. This is with no specific items on and I don't have any effects that should be doing it, has anyone encountered anything like this before and/or know how to fix it?

edit: Nevermind, turns out my character was just too horny to run, I didn't realize that was an effect of it LOL

 

Edit 2: Okay, that wasn't what fixed it...maybe getting into an animation...
