Can't reach the OK button for NPC creation

First, I apologize for starting a new thread here. When trying to reply on a thread related to my problem there was no option to post a screenshot.

 

Trouble is, I have no "OK" button on my CK NPC editor window. As previously mentioned on the other thread, I CAN reach the bottom of the window, the OK button is just cut off. I've tried tabbing or hitting enter and XP just gives me an error sound. Is there no way to hit OK when it's off the window like this?

have you tried to drag the window in a bigger size by grabbing the border with mouse?

Yes I sure did. I even have a small app that lets me alt+click and drag the window anywhere I want it. But like I said, it's not that I can't reach the bottom of the window edge, it's that at the bottom there is no OK button in sight. It's the most bizarre thing to me, to make a window that cannot be resized or scrolled, but have the window size be smaller than the stuff inside it.

 

I wonder if there is a way to actually decrease the size of the content within the window so that all content is visible.
