CTD on menu, havent changed anything though, help!

Hi,

 

My skyrim was running ok, with an occasional CTD when i loaded a save game but then after I installed this:

And then did a bashed patch it has started crashing on the start up screen. As soon as the little steam box on the bottom right comes up at the main menu.

 

I deleted the mod and removed the bashed patch but it still isn't working. Exact same issue. I don't know why because I haven't changed a single thing beside whats mentioned above. 

 

One of the last things I installed was the SafetyLoad mod and SSME memory patch. I deleted and removed both of these and I am still having the same issue. 

 

Any ideas why?

I disabled all my mods in MO and it is still crashing.
