Reseting perks

I made a sneaky character but now I want to play with shield.

Is there any mod that allows to delete all perks, get them back and distribute again?

I don't know of any mod, but you can use the console to remove perks.

 

Just open up console with ~
Type in help (perkname here) So if I wanted to know the perk ID of the perk Silence in the sneak tree, I'd type:

help silence

you can alternatively find all the perk ID's online http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Skills

 

Then you can see the ID of said perk. Then type in 'player.removeperk (perk ID)'. So if I wanted to remove the silence perk, I'd type:

player.removeperk 105f24

 

There are two ways to add perks. The first one is with the console:

 

You can add perks using the 'player.addperk (perk ID)' command. So if I wanted to add the silence perk again, I'd type:

player.addperk 105f24

 

If that's too much work for you, you could always download a mod called skytweak. You can set the amount of perk points you want to have, without needing the console at all.

There's 3 mods that can do it it all depends on how immersive you want it
Well of rebirth, it adds a spot in blackreach that can let you reset your perks
Ishs respec mod, it adds a potion to some alchemy sellers that does the same, minus a little adventuring

and Perk reset, this one has a nifty little MCM to reset your perks
