Farbgast Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Basically, I've used the console to make a dragon priest follow me. Dragon priests don't talk so I can't command to dismiss or ask them to wait. But regardless of where I travel, even when I use setunconscious or tai, he will still fast travel with me. So I was wondering if I disable and then re-enable him several times (enabling him when I want to use him ofc), would it cause some kind of file corruption?
Arthacs Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Maybe Extensive Follower Framework will do it better? -There u can force recruit in mcm and clean actor for recruit option plus many more options in mcm and the dialogue wheel.
Guest Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 You can also use AFT (Amazing follower tweak). Many Skyrim players, myself too, have this mod and it is compatible with almost all Skyrim mods. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15524/?
Farbgast Posted October 16, 2015 Author Posted October 16, 2015 I have eff. The point is is that dragon priests dont have dialogue option so I can force recruit him via console but I cannot dismiss him. Im not sure if I have performed clean actor but I have performed it to other non talkable NPCs and it doesn't work on them. And I cant just find a dragon priest follower mod because it is a modded priest already. So, really all I'm asking is if it is safe to disable and reenable the dragon priest. Alternatively, is there a class (via console) which uses both the staff and the spell at the same time? I have created an NPC with the code for dragon priest class but all he does is cast spells rather than using the staff.
Arthacs Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 If u use EFF and point at him so his name show up, then I think u should be able to open mcm and choose force recruit in EFF menu. -I did experience once that the follower just would not stop following and clean actor fixed that, but I guess that they wont remember their new home if set and so on.. Dunno about fix for that.
