Linking mods / esp's

I have a home in my skyrim that I made for myself, it has lot's of convenience things for me, like gear and merchants, skill trainers, and teleports to certain major locations or places I tend to visit often.

However I also have a bunch of other home mods from other authors that I also really like, and I often dump some of my followers or items in them.

So what I'd now like to do is add in my main home, teleports to all my other homes.

 

Is this possible simply by loading both esp's and setting my main home as active.
