Help Trying to add tattoo to MXR's char follower

hi i was able to make my char into a follower in CK but shes doesnt look exactly the same because she doesnt have the same makeup/tattoos on can someone help me with this Btw the follower is MXR's char im planning on putting it on the nexus so if your a fan of mxr and always wanted his char then please help
