[Request] Help me Make my char into a follower

hi guys ive tried to make her into a follower but the thing is she doesnt come out looking how i want her to look like for some reason the top of her head is different color from the bottom of her head. iv watched tutorials i made her twice but came out with the same results maybe someone can tell me what i am doing wrong any help would be appreciated PS. shes not my char shes MXR's char just that i was able to get my char to look exactly like his and would like to upload the char up to nexus or here but first i want her to come out like mine then i can upload her as a follower pss. this is my very first mod so yea

Some custom head textures will not display properly in ck and will generate mismatched face colors so I just rename the tintmasks folder under the texture\actor\characterassets when editiing npcs and building the facegen data and then restore the name before launching the game. I don't know if this will help you but it works for me when customizing existing npc's faces and heads, I have never tried to make a follower.

CPU's tutorial is the most updated and easiest to follow guide I've used (and I've read them all).  It's not just for making followers but also a godsend for debugging NPC appearances.
