Full, unclothed Skyrim male body mesh in Vanilla?

Hey! Quick question:

 

Is there any male body mesh in Vanilla which is a full-body mesh? Eg: like the "Astrid" body for females? If so, where is it located in the files?

 

I would like to make a new male underwear mesh to replace that weird "towel-with-a-belt" thing, & if possible I would like to start with a full body mesh so I can choose which polys to remove. There is a full mesh somewhere there, with a vanilla-textured pair of speedos over the privates.

 

*I am looking basically for the mesh used to create the Sundracon "UNDERWEAR - SLIP" version meshes from "BETTER MALES". It's somewhere in vanilla, but I cannot seem to locate it...
