Converting Interior Cell to World Cell

I created something and it has gotten way out of hand and it is kind of impossible to make divide it into smaller parts.

What can I do to make this into world cell instead?

Also is there a guide on world cell navmeshes? I am having trouble editing the damn things much less making them from scratch. I have searched google but can seem to find what i need.
