Boy bits not being very enthusiastic

I noticed recently that even if a NPC or *blush* not-a-human has their wicked way with you, if they have a low arousal their boy bits remain floppy. Which is especially noticeable if you happen to start sneaking in front of Meeko. The default settings for that (and a lot of other scripted sort of things which take very little notice of arousal) end up with your encounter being subtly unsatisfying due to what appears to be a case of the male spirit is willing but the flesh being floppy.

 

Is there anything that can be done about that - I mean something like push the arousal right up if things start to happen? (I had to send Meek home for now because it's driving me nuts)
