Ice troll on my feet?

So after a dragon fight there is a frozen skull of some sort attached to my feet. It kinda looks like a troll skull but ethereal and it has frost effects oozing off of it. It won't go away with time and I've tried getting a fresh blessing to "dispel it" sort of but that did not help. It's not tied to any particular piece of armor either, I've tried several, and the skull is kind of changing sizes now and again. Anyone got any ideas how to get rid of this skull that is haunting me? Please help me.

If I'm not mistaken that appears to be an Ice Wraith. Your character almost looks as if it is attempting to mount it, lol.

 

Have you tried pressing 'E' to dismount?

Your eyes do not betray you, it was indeed an effect from an ice wraith.

Managed to add the effect and remove it via console. No more cold feet
