CTD: problem with sl mods, have log

So I encountered a CTD, tried to replicate it by doing the same thing I did before: entering a bandit camp and deliberately bleeding out. Mods that I think caused the CTD were death alternate, sanguine's debauchery and requirements. Log is available as an attachment. 

 

Any help would be appreciated. If I made some really rookie error, I'm new to this modding stuff.
