face & body specular maps disappear on relaunching skyrim on custom race

Hi I am having an issue where my custom race specular maps or (wet body texture) disppears when i relaunch skyrim. I am using tania the hermit playable race which replaces the ygnord from ece http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/59341/? & I am using fair skin complexion texture. If additional information is required do let me know. Only way I found fixing it was to swap races on racemenu and swap back to my custom race but it gets quite annoying doing that everytime.
