LSAR Settings help

This afternoon, NMM asked me if I wanted to update NMM. It uninstalled all my mods and reinstalled them. But it ended up causing me to place files elsewhere, active plugins manually and downloading a few mods again. After all that ruckus, even though LSAR is in the MCM menu, The daedric armor is like default. I remember some skin shown the other time. What are the MCM settings? And what other procedures must be done to actually make it work again?

 

 

Edit: It was another mod. I had to deactivate and reactivate it before it worked.
