If they took your clothes in Gomorrah, talk to the receptionist when you're done; it should get you your stuff back.

 

If that happened, it means you're using SexoutProstitutes; it is buggy and no longer supported. It also does not have punishment options. Get your stuff back, delete Prostitutes, and use SexoutWorkingGirl instead.

 

As for Marissa, in newer versions a legionary will free you after 25 fucks. If you have an older version, talk to a legionary after 25 fucks.

There are no options to be punished by the NCR, but you can prostitute yourself to them.
