SerpentWave Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 *Edited * - 4/8/2012 - I have still been unable to fix my 3rd person camera issue. However, I am thinking it was caused by an installation of the 1.3 AP (JoshNZ) mod AFTER I had installed Fore's Idle Animations. I am guessing there is some scripting that need to be cleaned up, but am not too sure which script files should be removed and the AP thread on Nexus is a mess... Sorry for the inconvenience but could anyone suggest any thing I could do? I have finally broken down and am asking for help on some of these Skyrim issues, of course, any response is greatly appreciated. 1st up to bat: Please forgive my n00bishness on this one but... Is there ANY solution for a 3rd person, rotating-type camera option. I am aware of Animcam 1-xx, TFC (btw what do the various #'s for that one do anyway?), etc. FO and FONV had the snap-back or "rubberband" effect where you could not freely rotate the camera around the player character; it would snap back in to place. Whether it is simply an .ini tweak or a full NMM (doubtful) I wil pay top $$$ for someon that can help me (I kid, but seriously!) On that note I have become stuck in the 3rd person mode. I have researched a good bit, mostly to find a PS3 or XBOX360 console owner posting a fix/symptom. I have tried a multitude of things but with very limited camera options and interface variables, I have yet to resolve this (yes, I have transformed into a werewolf and clean saved). 2) Creating a custom-loadable .esp using custom textures (Apachii hair, Bella's, etc.). I wouldnt mind giving several of the Vanilla NPC's a touch up (Lydia, etc.). Was also curious about loading multiple Master.esm files. I have read that is how you can "unshare" so-to-speak texture/mesh properties with the companion NPC's. 3) Lasty, I have been reading about ENB users running ambient occlusion with no probs at 50fps that have the same system specs as myself. Was hoping for any input as the best route, as far as, any tweaks or mods recomended. I have been getting a lot of chug running Skyrim even at 1680 w/ (FXAA enabled and completely scaled back ENBseries.ini) System Specs: -nVidia GT430 grfx card -4GB Ram (Patriot? i cant remember but was dual channel) -Phenom II X6 w/ has 6 cores set at 3.2ghz I am very sorry for the lengthy help request but found myself messing with this game after some mods finally got rolling on it. I LOVE ALL YOU LOVER'S LABBERS AND GREATLY APRECIATE ANY HELP! :D:D:D
Firedoom Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 I'm not sure I can answer most of this. My system is so low end that I'm not of any use on #3 aside from mentioning that SHADOWS are one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) FPS hogs in the game. That's the first place I would go to tweak performance. Research it. Here is the best guide on the subject of tweaking Skyrim. I don't believe I understand question #2. It seems kinda general? If you're asking how to load multiple masters, I believe there is an INI setting somewhere... I don't know where it is for the Skyrim Creation Kit... but the setting would be something like bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0, and you would want to change that 0 to a 1... I might just be pulling that out of my ass though. Again, I'm not sure what INI you're looking for. As for #1 this answer may be related to that?

I have upgraded at this point and am much more knowledgable of tweaks and mods. Just wanted to thank you again
