Is FOMOD a necessity? (Currently NV is modded through Nexus Mod Manager.) Â Also, mods that add sexual content as quest solutions would be appreciated. Â Thanks in advance!

There are Sexout Assault and Unethical Deeds and if you have both of those installed you can do the same as in Defeat. Â Mods I recommend: Â Pregnancy Fertile Breeder (includes bestiality) Sexout Tryout (includes rape and optional bestiality) Â and if you want more bestiality look in my signature.

Sexout Assault is basically the player being able to get raped by the enemy if the enemy has better equipment and the player has lost health and Unethical Deeds allow the companions and player to submit to an enemy by pressing a hotkey (Unethical Deeds also adds other things but the submission is the only thing related to your question) if you have fallout you might as well try those two out.
