VexyRage Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 I've just completed the Devious Devices quest 'Forbidden Tome - Chastity Belt', MQ is complete, I've started to make the first part of Lakeview Manor, but now I have no interaction at all with any of the utilities stations in game (smelter, forge, anvil, work bench, tanning rack, alchemy table, enchanting table) including the drafting table and carpenter's bench used for Hearthfires DLC. Is anyone having this issue? Has anyone found a way around it and/or fix for it? I'm not sure how get load order from MO so here's a few screenies Here's the modlist & plugins text from MO modlist.txt plugins.txt Here's current Papyrus Log (Thank you Ashal) PapyrusUtilDev.log PapyrusUtilDev.zip My current OS is an upgrade from vista2 eer win 8 ...I'm using windows 7 ultimate , fully updated Skyrim, SexLab, DD ... My MO is v1.2.18 just cuz too many 'features' seems very useless to Me as I just want a working game, not a continued 'beta test' , and I'm not a techie by far, even the techie babble make no sense to Me...just sayin... So that being said, so far in My searches (which has not bee overly extensive as reading large amounts of text from a screen makes My eyes bug out and give Me pulsing migraines (not from real paper however), I've not yet seen anything reaching topic, so here I am asking.. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated, thanx in advance. ~ Vexy

It should list various things and mark them as Yes or No depending on whether restraints are allowing you to do them or not. Possibly a restriction hasn't been removed as it should once you got out of a device. There will be a reset option in that page that might fix things.

When I checked in SexLab 1.6 there was no option to "clear HDT HighHeels System". the 3 dots is the for me when using MO hmm. Strange works for me setting the loot.exe and point to the with the binary works for me. it see all the plugin with loot when running it from MO, I pressing it to run MO locks up so it can run loot. and then I press the dots an it copies fine for me Ja sorry my mistake with Sexlab it is for clearing the height when starting a se animation not for clearing "clear HDT HighHeels System". sorry about that

I'll look for them when I relaunch Skyrim next, as I'm currently in game now on My other comp....however, I'm still having the original issue of not being able able to use the utility stations as first mentioned. When I click them the camera jumps up just a little bit, then nothing at all happens. It's getting to be quite frustrating.

I wondered about the other mods at first, but when I first started playing with all those mods in, I was able to use the utility stations with no issues, so I'm pretty that's not the cause. I have made no changes to the Skyrim.ini during the entire play of this current character.
OldGuy879 Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 those settings in the Skyrim.ini file makes the log while you play [Papyrus]fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0bEnableLogging=1bEnableTrace=1bLoadDebugInformation=1 with them in the .ini file it will make a log while you play and place them Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script that log would then help to see what mods might have a problem. though if something denialed your charactor used of the crafting bench before you had a chance to interact with it I do not know. So when you quit the game it is stored in Papyrus.0.log as the most recent . ______________ Try access the crafting table while sneaking that should break up a animation block and cause it to try to run the animation again. hmm never tried PCEA so it could be that one. only mod I use that affect camera is "Enchanted Camera" so I can look down of the body in first person mode question had you have this mod install before ? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22944 , any crafting overhauls mods or killmoves mods Also XPMSE.esp have given many alot of problems if you want to use it put it on the bottom of the load order else it will not work correctly if you do not want it uncheck the plugin and re-run FNIS with the bottom patch removed . after that either start a new charactor or remove the SKSE co-save from the save you want to use. also this post made me think http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/771758-crafting-station-problem/page-2&do=findComment&comment=23187589 if defeat is able to interfer with crafting stations. Why not the animations from Beastress it have not ben update for some time and it has custom animation in it for sneaking or sprinting. try disable beastress load a game. wait a couple of hours ingame or exit a "Cell" (going outside and in again) to see if that clears you problem

I've not ever had any issues with PCEA, unless it needed an update, which folowed up soon enough....I've heard of Enchanted Camera, but don't recall ever giving it a try.. It came to mind about 1/2 hour ago that it might a glitch/bug in DD Interactions (in combo with the mods I use) that after finishing reading oth the Chastity Books, which give the ability to craft them, is about the time My ability to use the utility stations stopped working.. not sure how to check that for sure tho.. Ummm...not that mod in particular, however, at one time I did have Complete Crafting Overhaul install as at the time remodled armor required it.., I currently don't have that install, I think that was last year...ish... O, kk, I didn't know about the issues with XPMSE.esp, I will try that as well, thank you Ummm, I'm not really overly concerned about the appearance of My character as I know how to correct that again, which is about the only reason I don't delete SKSE save files, I'm guessing the other reason is due the scripting they contain? (I always delete the .BAK files) I do not use defeat, I did try it once, and it didn't really work for Me at the time, so I've not used it, and submit doesn't really work for Me either, not sure why...but that's another topic.. I think Beastess was updated just a couple days ago....or at least I discovered it was updated from the version I was using, and updated it accordingly, I was using v7, now 8.02 I've not had any real issues with the custom sprint & sneak animations from Beastess, maybea pause before I pee (Private Needs) but nothing else really. Well it not thing special I just like to look down my char from first person view Not in a easy way no you would have to make a new charator to go thrue the quest again to see if the problem is repeateble. the other way is if other have had it happen to them. As you have proberly read the topic to see it any had the problem before... hopefully it is a one time giltch if it is DD interaction. that should be a problem then... VexyRage Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 I've tried using a save game from before I did the DD quest, the same issue was still there, even after a full reinstall of Skyrim it persisted....I did just try a clean vanilla save game, with My mods active, and that let Me use the forge....not sure how or why this is happening, but for now I guess it seems I'll have to start all over again....again ..

So when you quit the game it is stored in Papyrus.0.log as the most recent . ______________ Try access the crafting table while sneaking that should break up a animation block and cause it to try to run the animation again. hmm never tried PCEA so it could be that one. only mod I use that affect camera is "Enchanted Camera" so I can look down of the body in first person mode question had you have this mod install before ? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22944 , any crafting overhauls mods or killmoves mods Also XPMSE.esp have given many alot of problems if you want to use it put it on the bottom of the load order else it will not work correctly if you do not want it uncheck the plugin and re-run FNIS with the bottom patch removed . after that either start a new charactor or remove the SKSE co-save from the save you want to use. also this post made me think http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/771758-crafting-station-problem/page-2&do=findComment&comment=23187589 if defeat is able to interfer with crafting stations. Ummm...not that mod in particular, however, at one time I did have Complete Crafting Overhaul install as at the time remodled armor required it.., I currently don't have that install, I think that was last year...ish... It uses a hybrid mode where both the 1st person arms and 3rd person body are visible. Also, any points where the game force switches to 3rd person (sitting, crafting, riding, werewolf, knockout/death, etc.) are now in 1st person.This mod is also a port of the Enhanced Camera mods for Fallout 3, New Vegas and Oblivion. The original version of Enhanced Camera for Oblivion was released on October 2013. The good thing is that those mods you have disabled / uninstall will not be in you save game anymore. Beastress followers like me love it " AGREED! *goes hunting for him* Thanx, yea I'm kind of a little upset that I had to start again, I just finished (after 2 hours) configuring all My mods in MCM....and I uninstalled almost a dozen before starting the 'new' game, which is actually a clean vanilla save game with the MQ complete, cuz I hate having to re-do the MQ, it too buggy, even in vanilla Skyrim ... I'm just hoping this issue doesn't arise again, cuz that would really suck ass (not in a good way) and might turn Me off Skyrim for a while....as it almost did this time. I'm just hoping this issue doesn't arise again, cuz that would really suck ass (not in a good way) and might turn Me off Skyrim for a while....as it almost did this time."" if you use Skyrim Unbound you can disable the main quest by turning off the dragons, wall spawn and abosobtion there by preventing it from starting And even if you do not turn them off when you absob your first dragon it goes straight to Greybeard quest you can still become thane of whitrun by buying the house there also if you ever just getting bored not being dragonborn in that playtrue you can just activate it again in the MCM it really have help me as I an test mods much faster with it and as you can chose from many option from starting in Windhelm, what equipment and spells you want to start with. The only problem with the mod is that you can only find it on Steam workshop and here as he / she was banned or left nexus never to return again.
