it seems that i fix the fnis problem but now i have new!my place has freeze in T stance with the other npcs he can move but he cannot do the animation walking or running.... damn!

I find that a T-pose of the player char is usually because you haven't re-run FNIS since you changed/added mods to your load order.

If you're running Mod Organizer:

Empty your overwrite folder in MO - then re-run FNIS, then make the new files now in your overwrite folder into a mod by right clicking them, then activate that mod. This mod can be deleted and re-made each time you change your mod loadout for that profile, I always call it the same thing - FNIS patch.

i am so pissed because i download everything that fnis sais that is not intsalled and when i download the it stills says the same thing

There are some very good video guides on youtube for installing FNIS with mod organizer, which go step by step. Thats how i learnt to install FNIS.

I don't profess to know exactly what i'm doing with modding and can't be certain what i've suggested will fix the problem you're suffereing (I really can't be sure).

I've been fighting my own skyrim build for weeks - as it won't let me load save games, for a reason I can't nail down. Pretty sure i'm going to have to do a complete re-install again.

 

Modding skyrim is about following the numerous guides precisely or trial and error. Frequently both.
