Anonymous9431 Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Hi! I've been using photoshop for changing the dds files just like i wanted them to be but is there like a way to draw on the dds files while they're on the 3d model? Like sometimes i don't know where is what on the file and i just keep chaning stuff and coming back in game to see if it's good or i have to exit and make changes again.
Vioxsis Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 If you have CC 2015 you can import models to it and paint on them. I have only played around with it so have no idea how to use it properly, but you can use nifskope to export an .OBJ and import it to PS. Some other programs that can do this are mudbox, zbrush, substance painter/designer and I'm pretty sure you can do it in max/blender, and most likely many more.
Anonymous9431 Posted September 2, 2015 Author Posted September 2, 2015 Wow thanks! i'll try it right now!

But i tryed to paint it myself and i did it but how do i export not the obj but all the stuff i painted to dds file? Or a png so i convert it to dds
Vioxsis Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Don't know of any tutorials, not that i have really looked. I haven't found an excuse to use it properly yet so no reason to learn to use it. Your just gona have to do some searching and see if you can find something useful. If you do find a good one, link it here.
Taskmaster Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Hmm this is interesting. Might have to get Creative Cloud.
