I become invisible but only during animations

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

 

When the animation ends, I reappear.

 

Occasionnaly, even Lydia suffers the same fate.

 

I checked my load order, took some mods out. Nothing.

 

I suppose it's only an animation problem.
