fade to black screen

ok i have this problem i install fallout NV and some mods i start the game after some hours i start benny mission i go with him to the room i have sex after that i kill him, here everything is ok but after that i go outside and the screen go black after some seconds the screen return to normal and after that go black after seconds go to normal again. this keep going with not stop.

 

Edit: before you ask Yes before benny mission everything is fine with not problem. after benny mission the screen go black

Did you try disabling any mods to see if problem goes away, sexout fade to black would be first on my list.

 

Use Loot to sort you load order, you might also need merged patch I dont see one in your load order.
