Reinstalling Skyrim!what works best with Sexlab?(mods/overhauls).SkyRe or Requiem?

Hi folks,I'm reinstalling Skyrim after 2 years, my old PC couldn't handle modified Skyrim.I'm asking for your advice since it's been quite some time since I've played it.In brief my new PC has :i4690k,sapphire R280,256gb SSD,8gb ram(will upgrade to 16 soon).

I wanna know which mods/ENB/overhauls work best with the latest Sexlab.I've played mostly vanilla,with some body/armor replacers.Tried SkyRe,I may try Requiem-if it works good with Sexlab!

And some questions:

Is there a SetBody mod for Skyrim  yet, like Oblivion?if not ,whats the closest?

Which are the best adult/non adult immersion mods?( I RP a lot)

Does Elin/ Monli/other custom races conflict with eachother?can I have them all?if not,which ones you call essential?

Do Skykids/RCOTS/RS overhaul/TK children conflict?which ones work well together?

Best body/armor/cloth replacers? I'm considering CHSBHC( what can I say ,DMRA is my all time fav

Best mob/monster mods?I'm looking for something similar of OOO/MMM combo from Oblivion 

Which mod is closest to Tamago/Hiyoko club from Oblivion?
