NPC´s sometimes have Stretched Breasts after waiting or when they enter a room!

The problem is in the title!

 

Pls tell me not the HDT.xml is the Problem, thats the Standard-Answer from Nexus.

 

What I need is a step by step tutorial to fix it!!!

 

I use HDT CBBE Body from Bodyslide.

It didn't remove it completely for me, I still get the rare stretch now and then, but setting a limit on the FPS on skyrim to 60 gets rid of a lot of HDT errors. And a lot of other errors as well. I also noticed that it happened more when I was stressing the system to work harder with too much on screen and had to throttle back on a few mods I added.
