A mod to work in/own a brothel?

I wanted to do a "whore to riches" playthrough where I work as a lowly prostitute and work my way to the top. I was wondering if there's a mod that adds a brothel to work in and maybe become a madame? I know there are brothel mods where u go as a customer, I have radient prostitution. Thanks

A partial implementation is done in CSB. But not all quests are completed.

Partially.

It is a brothel, and there are 5 quests to work as whore.

But the "own the brothel" was planned for the 5th quest. And It is not yet implemented.

Maria Eden has two seperate brothels as add-ons - they seem to be stand-alone. Player can be trained by brothel owner but I don't think either of them allow much progression.
