ZAZ Animation Pack - Meaning of ''ZBF External: Initialize'' message ?

I read probably all the past threads on this issue but never found a solution. Google as well.

 

ZAZ is in MCM and running.

 

I uninstalled everything and saved. The message still shows.

 

At this point I am lost and don't know what to do.

 

Any help anyone.
