The Idea is to add a Chance that the Residents of the Homes offer Sex because they have not enough Money to pay the rental. Higher Rental gives higher Chance for this event. There should be an MCM-Option to set the possible Genders. If there are more than one Resident in the House, the Mod activates the Event to the activated Gender in MCM.
