What is this blinding effect?

I have this Blinding effect which says 100% blind but I can see it clearly. Problem is I dont know its source.

Try the console command "help blind" and look for a spell effect.

There r many blinds. MGEF blind seems to be the one or at least i think.

If you have devious devices; It's probably the Magic effect for the Image space modifier( The blindfold effect)

Even if its not these will still work to remove it:

You can use "player.DispelAllSpells" You will have to reequip any items with enchantments, and get all you blessings back.

Or you can use "player.removespell Spell_ID"  insert the Id of the MGEF
