LOOT not recognizing games

When I try to launch LOOT it says that it can't find any supported games? Of the supported games I only have Skyrim installed; my Steam folder is on my C:/ drive.

I tried to launch LOOT through Mod Organizer, it starts to run then throws up this then stops:

I was at one point able to get LOOT to launch through MO, but it insisted there were no masterlists and wouldn't download them (though that might just be my crappy internet connection)

I've always had mine inside the skyrim folder. Although I use mod organizers built in sort button rather than an external copy of loot.
