Darker than black Hei's Double-bladed dagger

Can anyone make hei's double-bladed dagger with wire and be able to throw it?

Skyrim does not support "throw-able" weapons.

There is a concept of "Projectile" that MAY be used.

But I don't see any easy way to have a "wire" to catch it back (I suppose the wire should be one end to the dagger and one end to the hand.)

 

And a "throw" animation has to be implemented.
