[Help] The Isle of Mara

So I've installed the Isle of Mara mod and the quests are all there, I've looked them up in the console.

The instruction says I have to talk to Vilkas or Farkas. I did that but nothing happens. I've also typed the main mission command in the console but nothing happened again. (There are no dialogues when I talk to Vilkas/Farkas)

 

Can anyone who's using the mod or has knowledge tell me what the problem is?

And yes I have all the requirements installed.
