I think you are distracted by the big wall of text that gives you options of starting a subscription but they are optional even if it isn't that clear, just click the create account button without ticking any alternatives and you should be able to create an account for free.

Thank, I was stupid and hasty. All that time I wasted on looking for alternates for mods...Much appreciated, your my hero.
