Apachii Skyhair with physics

i think the title speaks for itself. there are so many wonderful hairstyles that have been created Apachii hair mods. much better than vanilla skyrim. but so few hairs with physics. i know of one mod that gave one apachii hair physics for those who rp as the witcher. i would like to see more of apachii's hair with physics.

That's a HUGE project, my friend. Meshes have to be recreated and rigged for Havok... Probably 2-5hrs per hair, depending on the complexity of the style.

i understand. just tossing the idea out in hopes that someone will feel inspired. if i had the know how i would do it myself. but modding anything is beyond me. i can't even figure out a basic re texture. so not a modder here.

As a forewarning though, this WIP is only for HDT-SMP which is still fairly new/experimental version of physics. If you have a lot of physics based stuff, then you are probably still using HDT-PE which has been around much longer. Unfortunately, nothing specialized for one system is 100% compatible with the other, so if you still want to use HDT-PE, then this hair pack will be out of reach for some time till HDT-SMP has become more solid and starts getting more widespread support.

Hell, i'd rather Azar's Ponytails gets the full HDT treatment before a gigantic behemoth like Apachii is taken on.

 

I may just be saying that because i'm biased because my main LL char uses that pack :v.

that would be cool and all but i wish i could download one specific hairstyle rather than one giant file.
