Giving fiend females custom armor through GECK

I downloaded http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46121/?, and I would like to make it so the fiend females wear these armors.

 

I went into GECK, and made new templates that contained these armors. Then went down the list, and added the templates to any female fiends I found that were not special in any way. Needless to say the NPC's don't have the armor in their inventory. They just have regular raider equipment.

 

Could someone please tell me what I might be doing wrong, or point me to a tutorial that explains what I want to do.

If I recall correctly you need to edit the leveled list for the raider armor and add it to the list.

Unfortunately that will mean that all raiders that use that list will get the armor.

Otherwise create a new leveled list with the new armor and edit the inventory of the raiders you want to equip the armor and it should work.
