this mod adds a underwear replacer but makes all males extra bulky..tough maybe you can use the meshes...

Unfortunately I can't adapt this models for standard bodies.

I personally would love to have a mod that will let you wear blue briefs (speedo) sort of like Ax Battler from Golden Axe.
