Mods resetting upon loading save games.

EDIT: Managed to accidentally ruin files in my main data folder whilst cleaning it with TES5Edit, i will have to reinstall skyrim there is no longer any need for help.

 

 

 

Hello, i have a problem when loading saves. All modded content on my character dissappears upon loading a save, such as modded hairs,eyes and armor. In addition all mods that require installation and initialization ingame start reinstalling and doing first time startups/initializations. Items like halos poser rings are added, spells are added and so on. Pretty much the game is acting like i am starting a new character when loading a save.

 

I have tried creating a new character, but i get the same result after playing for a bit, saving, quitting and then loading it up again. If i could get assistance in resolving this i would be very thankfull. I do see quite alot of errors in my Papyrus Log but as i am not familiar with it i have a hard time determining what is the cause of the problem from reading the Papyrus Log.

 

Finally i do also get the following error message in my log in Mod Organizer:

That load order doesn't look like it's been sorted with LOOT, so that's the first thing I'd try. Not sure why that'd be causing all your mods to reset though, do you have SKSE installed correctly?
