How to Enable Belly Collision and with what Skeleton and Body?

A few months back I tried for weeks to get belly collisions working. I got breast collision and pretty much every other thing done, but belly collisions would just not work they way I wanted them to.  (I even messed with the .xml files to try and get the reaction I wanted, it kinda made a spike and the penis showed through) I'm a big fan of belly distortions and I tried to make it so that the penis wouldn't end up being shown through the belly, but I just couldn't get it done. Is this even possible? Has anyone achieved this yet?
