Is it possible for us to cool off with this subject? I for one don't want any puritanical femin@zi telling me how to appreciate or objectify the opposite gender. Trouble is, if some stray post reaches 'em like how Rplay in Amazon got the unnecessary exposure ....it will make our ero makers in Japan make it even difficult for us gaijin to purchase. Think you might be be veering a bit from the reality of it. Pedo tendencies aren't what make loli so popular, it's really just the fact that it's taboo. Same reason incest and rape are popular in games. Nothing at all to do with RL. Taboo means never in RL. No tendencies, no actual attraction. Just the fact that we can get away with any-damn-thing in a game. fapping to a loli is not even close to fapping to an actual kid.

Thats good to know, but the point of this thread is notify everyone in this Community that they aren't even kids and b/c we differ from Asian culture our stereotypes lead us to false accusations upon appearance. So theres nothing to fear liking those girls sexually or not

Asian law allowing kids age 14 or higher to consent to sex doesn't mean they aren't kids, it just means it isn't illegal. 14 is too goddamn young for anyone to be making the kinds of decisions and choices sex involves on an informed, mature level. Just because the laws allow for it and the culture doesn't stigmatize it doesn't mean it's not stupid.

Their law over the consent of 14 years olds maybe stupid in our country, but the argument gets us nowhere b/c we are just conflicting 2 different Laws that measure maturity slightly different yes "slightly" b/c we allow 16 or 17 year olds for consent of sex or marriage. Needless to say Asian law still bans Child Pornography the only argument we have here is what age we classify as Adults. I can't argue over different culture, but I can argue what determines a pedo and what doesn't. Which is primarily the main topic of this thread. Our Law forbids underage sex completely but we shouldn't be paranoid to avoid  games or watch anime that have loli's in them, don't you think thats abit extreme? The law doesn't forbid Fantasy it does when we try to make it a reality.

 

Having sex with a 14 years old in our law is a crime b/c  obviously 14 years is underage here thats where there term "Pedo" fits the bill. Whats makes things stupid is that we use that same term over fictional characters regardless of age. Marie Rose and Honoka aren't even 14 nor underage so it doesn't matter either way in both cultures. The problem is that we are too quick to stereotype the age of any girl that wears kawaii outfits. The Asian law isn't the issue its the lack of culture understandings just b/c a girl dresses like a loli doesn't mean she is one. If people did their research we wouldn't have this thread. I  believe some people just take this way too seriously in video games or animation its not even on the same level as real life the FBI isn't going to bust through your window b/c we assume Marie Rose is 12 by the way she dresses.
