I got the animation mod pack by Xp32, and I followed all of the instructions he put on the animation pack page

[http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29622/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D29622%26preview%3D&pUp=1],but none of the animations show up, and sometimes my character goes into T-Pose, but that's only going up/down a hill. I can't find a way to fix it.

1) Private Needs RND and SexLab are just for an older version of Private Needs, I believe the 2.11 version. They won't work with 4.0, the reason for the crashes is the esp's changed names so it's a missing master. For the outhouse do you have the required Strotis Outdoor Toilet Resource? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32056/? I also don't know if it's compatible with the new Private Needs.

Can't really help with 2 other than to ask have you run FNIS and did that all go smoothly. Maybe you forgot to check the Groovtama's alternate anims patch option? I think that's required.

3) Do you have the latest version of Immersive first person? It doesn't even have an esp, it's a pure SKSE plugin. When you were trying to uninstall it did you delete the files from the /skse folder?

1: Yea, it's not compatible with the new version. And neither is the outhouse.

2: I checked everything that's needed.

3: No at first, but later on I did.

OK, for Immersive First Person I'd suggest deleting everything related to Joy of Perspective and EC, making sure you have all the right IFP files (and don't have any left over from the previous version of the mod you used), and then trying to toggle IFP off and on in-game with the numpad keys (I think that's either numpad 8 or 9 by default but don't quote me on that). Edit: Oh, and make sure you rerun FNIS after disabling Joy of Perspective as that will change your first person skeleton.

It worked. It still doesn't show up in the data or in SkyUI, but it works just as good. Thank you

It's not supposed to, the only files go in the SKSE folder and it doesn't have an MCM menu, you have to edit the ini file if you want to change the settings.

Really? I didn't know that. The first few times I installed it, it did have a menu, and I could customize IFP to my liking. I guess they made a new version and removed it.

Yes, the older versions had a menu, but once it became a pure SKSE plugin I guess that wasn't possible anymore.
